The Foundation
The TELIOS Foundation - NPO was formed on September 21, 2007 at the Notary Maurizio Podio in Turin.
TELIOS draws inspiration from "tellus" and "elios", earth and sun in Latin and greek.
The Statute defines all aspects of the Foundation, in compliance with italian current legislation (Law No. 662 of 23.12.1996 - Legislative Decree No 460, 4.12.1997 - LD No 35, 2005).
The Foundation is directed by:
- Umberto Novarese, chairman, architect (founder)
- Laura Libra, vice-chairman, anthropologist (founder)
The activities of the Foundation are addressed and directed by a scientific committee, made up to now:
- Prof. Michele Calì , Department of Energy, Politecnico di Torino, Professor of Physics Industrial Technology
- ing. Claudio Fedeli , manufacture electric cars and dual mode expert
- Prof. Giovanni Vincenzo Fracastoro, Department of Energy, Politecnico di Torino, Professor of Environmental Technical Physics, outgoing Director of the Department of Energy
- ing. Pietro Menga, President CIVES (Italian Committee road electric vehicles battery, hybrid and fuel cell) c / o CEI (Italian electrician Committee)
- Prof. Massimo Santarelli, Department of Energy, Politecnico di Torino, Associate Professor of Physics Industrial Technology
- ing. Filippo Spertino, Department of Electrical Engineering, Politecnico di Torino, Confirmed Researcher Electrical Systems for Energy.
- Prof. Paolo Spinelli, Department of Materials Science and Engineering Chemistry, Politecnico di Torino, Professor of Physics Applied Chemistry, outgoing Director of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering Chemistry

The accounting management of the Foundation is controlled by a Board of Auditors of accounts, to date includes:
